Mistress Testifies In Teacher's Murder Trial

The mistress of a murdered coach testified Wednesday in the wife's murder trial, Local 2 reported.Jenny Eisenman, 27, has been charged with murder in the shooting death of her husband, Drew Eisenman, on May 28, 2004. Both were educators in the Spring Independent School District.Prosecutors say Jenny Eisenman killed her husband because she was angry over an affair.

"He said he was concerned about how it would look if he left his wife who was pregnant. He was also afraid she would do something to hurt herself," Weaver said.

She said that Drew Eisenman was also concerned that Jenny Eisenman was having an affair and could not be trusted.Weaver admitted that she went to Jenny Eisenman's hospital room the day she gave birth to her son and held the couple's newborn."Do you realize what an insult that must have been?" prosecutor Mia Magness asked."Yes," Weaver said.Later, the prosecutor said, "You understand you are being made the bad guy here? You were in a relationship with a married man.""I feel horrible because I have to live with it the rest of my life. Drew felt the same way because he let everyone down," Weaver testified.Weaver is an athletic coach in the Spring Independent School District.Jenny Eisenman's sister also testified Wednesday.Through tears, she testified that Jenny Eisenman called her on the night that she killed Drew and needed help to get rid of his body.She said she convinced her sister to call police.

She also testified that Jenny Eisenman told her that she had a plan to explain what happened the night of the murder.Defense attorneys hope to prove to jurors that Jenny Eisenman killed her husband after enduring years of abuse -- emotional and physical.The shooting occurred during a dispute inside her apartment at the Lake Bridge Apartments in the 300 block of Woerner Road at Kuykendahl Road, police said.Investigators said Eisenman attempted to hide the murder by cleaning the apartment and stuffing her husband's body into a plastic storage container.People close to the couple told officials they had been separated for three months and were living in separate units at the same complex when the killing occurred.Drew Eisenman, 28, was a Westfield High School basketball coach and world history teacher.Eisenman, resigned from her job at Thompson Elementary School in July 2004.

It looks like she is eligible for parole 2/2017.

She should have never been in pprison-i would have done the same thing if he beat me and placed my precious son in the arms of his whore
